- Jebjim Lim Added January 27, 2023★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I went to Relax twice using the Groupon deal for eyelash lift and tint. Whilst the ambiance and service was pleasant and friendly, it's the quality of service that I was left unhappy with.
The first time I went, the left eye result was good, but the right eye's lashes were crooked and barely curled. The tech explained that the lashes were short, etc and explained growth cycles, and it was fine. I went home and used growth serum for 3 months and then returned.
The second time, the same tech did my lashes. My left eye was stinging throughout the entire process. At the end, the left eyelashes were very crooked, curling each way except upwards. Michelle who worked on my eyebrows is a professional, very friendly and caring person. She made sure I was 100% happy and was very patient with me. I highly recommend relax beauty.
