  I will never use Titan again! The stuff around was too much, the man that finally installed our garage was the rudest most filthy mouthed individual i have ever had the misfortune of meeting in my life. I tried everything to be nice & polite to him but, all i got was rude & nusty, it was the worst experience even.Titan needs to check their workers out befor sending them to people's homes.

  Bought a carport 3 months ago . The steel still sitting in the back yard waiting for installation, titian make sure they get there money then leave you with a pile of steel.
  Apparently the previous rain is the hold up lol

  Terrible experience, received my shed & awning then hired a shed builder to erect it all to avoid titans crazy price to put it up. Shed builder is half way in and then informs me there are pieces missing, after multiple phone calls and some rude staff i am promised the missing pieces. The piece turns up and it is wrong.... another series of painful phone calls. i finally receive the right piece and have to pay the shed builder to come out again to finish the job (It's not his fault it was missing). Inform titan i am out of pocket due to their stuff up and same old story, no attempt to assist in any way just goes to show what they are really about.... $$$$
