  Great customer service experience!! I was served by the lovely Jen when I got my glasses and then again when I picked them up. The service was friendly and she was a great help when I was trying to find glasses that would suit my face. Will definitely be coming to Specsavers Morayfield from now on!

  Was great years ago ... now they just push you through like cattle and have completely lost their customer service priority and treating customers respectfully and kindly - IN PERSON as well as OVER THE PHONE. Surprisingly it’s the younger staff that are more pleasant than the older staff. But unfortunately that is not enough to keep me going back. After over a decade of customer loyalty and patience...am taking business elsewhere where they value and keep their customer service in the forefront of running a business.

  I am so so impressed with the service I received today! I went in to collect my new glasses and see if my old ones could be repaired, and I left one ecstatic customer! They managed to fix my absolute favourite pair of glasses, and ensured I was happy before I left. All the staff were incredible and helpful, and Kelly made me feel like I was the most important person in the world. It was AMAZING customer service! Thank you so much to the amazing team at Morayfield :)

  Catrina was probably one of the best Optometrists I've encountered in my entire adult life. She made the entire process incredibly quick and seamless. She also nailed my prescriptions for contacts on the first go.

  Great customer service in all areas. The optometrist Tony Hoang with very thorough and explained the results with precision and detail.
  The girls were very helpful & knowledgeable with their advise when I was picking out my new glasses which I really appreciated and when I went to collect my glasses Benny was amazing with his customer service.
