  Store management was a disgrace! Staff seemed distressed and unhappy however the floor and grooming staff were still so friendly and helpful despite the tension in the store. I believe I was served by Taylah, she was the highlight of my most recent trip to the store. Bright and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt bad for the staff and groomers as they were all under staffed. I spend roughly $150 a month there and since the last 3 months everything has gone down. I have my 2 large dogs groomed/bathed monthly and the grooming staff are impeccable. My dogs look forward to seeing Lisa and the petite young lady with the blonde hair (April?). There is however a young girl who works some days there who I find very rude, she speaks over the top of me and the other staff and will not make eye contact with me or smile, I always ask for Lisa or April. I don't know what's been going on within the store for the last 3 or so months but I feel sad for the staff, I can tell they are unhappy and it makes me want to not visit so often and support a company who doesn't support their staff.
