Every time I have been there, the staff have been very helpful and happy to answer my questions. They even fitted different car seats into my car to find out what would fit best prior to me making a purchase back before baby number 3 was born. I was just in there again today to get a booster seat, high chair and bath seat and the man who manages the store went above and beyond to go through all of the products. In the past the same manager has been very accommodating in organising a custom made mattress cover for me. Two thumbs up ????????
