First of all, I ordered an brand new bed, but it came with broken bed head, so I requested a refund, and it took more than one month, numerous times of callings to ask them sent the money to my bank account, never happens, all different "reasons" every time, now I am still waiting that in one month time. I am so disappointed with there system, I would never or never advise my friends to buy from fantastic furniture anymore
