The absolute biggest joke of a medical practice I have encountered ever! Recieved a text telling me the doctor is running late so come half an hour after my appointment, call to check if doctor has caught up before heading down again to be told sure come down...to get there and wait another 40 minutes with no sign of being seen, at least another 2 patients to be seen before me. Over an hour & 15 minutes after my original appointment time, i left afrer not being seen. It's quite simple, don't waste people's time and just be honest as to whether there will be an excessive wait. Delay is not the word and minimum waiting time is 1.5 hrs and Dr.Pandey has a very laid back attitude and ignores quite a lot of information what you tell him. Misleading information as we had consulted other doctor just to be on the safer side and realised our mistake of going to Aspley family medical practice. My suggestion is if you want transparent professional advice and concerned about health....never go there.
